Resolved
This issue is now resolved.
Monitoring
We have found that Nissan services in Europe still have issues with logins of some users with incomplete profiles (missing title and address fields). We are monitoring the situation.
Resolved
Nissan API experiences occasional timeouts but retries are successfully being made and error rates are returning to normal.
We’ve restored 30% of the previously active accounts. The remaining ones need users to log in to the myNissan app first before relinking with Enode.
Identified
We’re seeing positive signs of recovery from the Nissan app. The platform migration invalidated most existing authorisations. We’re working to restore what we can but expect most Nissan connections will require a relink.
Identified
Nissan is currently migrating users to a new platform and users are still unable to log in to the app. We’re monitoring the situation and will restore service as soon as Nissan completes the migration.
Nissan is continuously extending the maintenance period in the app. We’ll provide the next update once the maintenance is complete and the first-party app is functional.
Investigating
We detected that Nissan is in the process of migrating users onto a different platform. Users are currently still unable to log into the app. We are monitoring the situation and will work on restoring service as soon as Nissan has completed the migration.
Monitoring
Nissan keeps extending the maintenance window. We continue to monitor the situation.
Monitoring
NissanConnect Service for Europe is reporting a planned maintenance to improve application performance. We are monitoring the situation. Non-Europe connections are not affected.
Monitoring
Nissan’s APIs are currently experiencing instability, which may cause devices on Enode to be unreachable or for actions to fail. Similarly, the vendor’s 1st party app is also experiencing issues. We are monitoring the situation.
